Bishop James Hart, alongside his wife Dr. Elictia Hart, cross racial boundaries and prejudices, to lead a diverse, multicultural congregation. Known for their compassion, faithfulness, and willingness to go the extra mile to share the love of Christ, they are anointed preachers, teachers, prayer warriors, and mentors called to encourage the body of Christ.Â
